Privacy policy

TadaBox collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code in the app, and it sends nothing about you anywhere.

What stays on your device

The box you’re setting up, and the boxes you save in Your boxes, are kept on your device only: names, your own words, the ring, the cloth, the cat’s outcomes. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting a box deletes it; deleting the app removes them all.

Photos

A photo you add to a gift is copied into the app’s own storage on your device, and only the photos your boxes use are kept. To lift the photo’s subject out as a sticker, the app uses Apple’s Vision framework on the device. Photos never leave your device.

Motion

When you tilt the phone, a gift’s photo tilts with it. The app reads the device’s motion on the device to do this; it is never stored or sent.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details or your identity. The app remembers on your device what you’ve bought, so a box is ready at once.

Children

TadaBox is rated 4+ and collects no information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If the app ever starts handling data differently, this page will change first, with a new effective date.
